* Jim Barrett and his wife Shannon welcomed their second son, Hayden John, born on July 28, 2009.

* Jessica Miller wrote in with an update in July 2009. She is a local business owner and mom to Chris (16) and Allison (7).

* Jason Puccio and his wife Darlene welcomed their second daughter, Abigail Rose, to the world on July 3, 2009.

* Viula Tremblay Torgerson and her husband Ray welcomed her second son, Mathis, to the world on May 2, 2009.

* At the end of December, 2008, Dawn Lacasse wrote in with an update: I am the mother of a beautiful son, Bryce.  He is 4 years old and very active.  He plays soccer and basketball.  Which is where I met up with Amy and Steve Lewitt.  I work at Advanced Eyecare as an ophthalmic technician. 

* Changing Jobs!  2 alumni have recently changed jobs in the fall of 2008.

     Jennifer Macksey Ethier, formerly the City of North Adams' treasurer, tax collector and chief financial officer (since 2000) has left her position to become a member of staff at MCLA. Jennifer is now MCLA's Director of Student Accounts/Bursar.

     Colleen McGrath Finnerty, formerly Training Manager at Communispace in Watertown, MA is returning to her former employer, Monster.com. Monster is based in Maynard, MA where Colleen now lives so she's excited to be dramatically reducing her commute from 2 hrs each day to about 10 minutes each day! Colleen will be the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Monster.

* Aug 3, 2008 Bob Brooks emailed from Pennsylvania to share the news that we both think is a first for any classmate! His oldest son Keith was getting his driving permit on Monday Aug 4th! We aren't all that old are we? In other news, Jim Barrett and his family will be visiting Bob in PA the weekend of Aug 9/10.

* Jason Howland and his wife Jennifer welcomed their second son on May 1, 2008, Matthew Steven. They also have two girls.

* An exciting update from Ryan Mulcahy: On Saturday June 21st,  2008, he will be having his very first art gallery showing! Yes, after years of being harrassed by people to "do something with his talent", he's been invited by IO Gallery to display some of his work. 6 pieces will be on display, as well as a virtual slideshow of "The Black Book". Several (4) pieces will be up for sale and he'll be taking orders for prints from The Black Book, retouched and remixed in Photoshop or Illustrator. If you are interested in attending the opening it is on Saturday June 21st from 6PM to 9PM, at IO Gallery on Main Street in North Adams.

* Jason Puccio emailed on May 25, 2008 to announce the birth of his first child, a daughter, named Olivia Nicole. He says "Daddy, Mommy and Olivia are doing just fine since she came into the world May 14th.   She is very healthy at 7.9 lbs and 20" long.   I may be a little biased but she is perfect!! " Check the Photos page for a picture of Jason and Olivia!

He also had some exciting news about his band: "Check out www.parallelband.com, click on the myspace link.   Our new CD "Super Hero Madness" is now available for sale.   It took us a year, but it's done.  Also while you are there check out our newest video "Back Down".  It's live from the uptown Charlotte - Speed Street festival. It's the first video on the left under the band pics."

* An update came in from Robert Pedercini on 4/23/08. After school he lived in Clarksburg and got married in May of 1995. He has two sons Chris (14) and Austin (11). Robert and family moved to Cape Cod in 2002, and moved back to the Berkshires in 2006. They are now living in Pittsfield and are doing very well.

* Colleen got an update from Ryan Mulcahy on 2/15/08. Here's and update on what he's been up to: Works for: Adams Memorial Middle School
Position/Role: 1-on-1 Paraprofessional; works with special needs children (currently 1-on-1 w/ a 12 YO boy with CP)
Has lived in 2 cities since graduation: Dartmouth, MA (college), North Adams
Keeps in touch with: Jason Lapier, Jen Rosado, Marc Cote, Dean Bullett
Misses most about HS: The absence of responsibility

* Paul Oleskiewicz, and his wife Judy welcomed a baby girl, Olivia Rose, in early January 2008.

* Tanya (Rondeau) Maramag and her husband Carlos welcomed their first child, Graham Robert on December 15, 2007. Graham weighed in at 7lbs and 11 ounces, is 20.5 inches long, and has a full head of hair. Everyone is doing great!

* Jason Puccio and his wife Darlene are expecting their first child. Darlene is due on May 22, 2008! (They will find out the sex of the baby on Christmas Eve, 2007).

* Colleen McGrath married Sean Finnerty on 11/17/07 in North Adams. Many DHS 91 Alums attended! Check the photo page for a picture :-)  Colleen and Sean honeymooned in Hawaii for 2 weeks and are living in Maynard, MA.

* On 9/14 Colleen received an email from Paul Oleskiewicz. He's proud to report he and his wife Tracy are expecting a girl, on February 6, 2008. The baby will join Paul, Tracy and their daughter Tisha.

* Ann (Eastland) Stefanik and her husband Aaron welcomed baby girl Ava Kathleen on March 16, 2007. Ava was born at 9:17 am and weighed 6lbs 6 oz.  Ann reports: "She is a great baby and rarely ever cries (hopefully that will not change), we are completely in love =)."

* Viula (Tremblay) Torgerson welcomed baby boy Truitt Edward on January 29, 2007. Truitt was born at 8:47 pm after 17 long hours of labor!  He weighed in at 8.7 lbs and was 21 inches long.  Viula says he is absolutely perfect! Check the class pictures page to see a picture of mom and son.

* Colleen McGrath got engaged on 11/11/06 to Sean Finnerty in Boston.  They are planning a November 17, 2007 wedding!

* Bob Brooks is living in Pennsylvania and in Feb 2005, was hired by the Fire Department in the city of Bethlehem.  Bob has two boys and that combined with his job at the fire station makes it hard for traveling around the holidays, so he's sorry to miss the 15 year reunion.

* Jen (Moreau) John won't be able to make it to reunion, but did write to let us know how she's doing (Oct 2006).  She is living in Florence, S with her husband Paul and 2 children, Mikayla 3 1/2 years old and Brian 2 years.  Jen is an occupational therapist, but primarily is home with the kids.  Paul is a physical therapist and they met when they were neighbors in graduate school at the University of Indianapolis. * Keith Abuisi and his wife Stacy (Ciampa - Kristy's sister) welcomed their second son, Nolan on September 1, 2006.  He is little brother to Nicholas.

* Viula (Tremblay) Torgerson and her husband Ray are expecting their first child, a boy,  in January 2007.

* Katie (McLean) Sarkis and her husband, James Sarkis Jr., are building a new home in Stamford, VT and will be moving in by the end of 2006.  They have two children, a son Hunter who is 4 1/2 and a daughter Morgan who will be turning one on November 15th. (posted October 2006)

* June 15, 2006 Jim Barrett and his wife Shannon welcomed their first child, a son, Ty Richard Barrett.  Ty weighed in at 9lbs 5 oz and was 22 inches long. (Check out the photo of Jim and Ty on the pictures page)

* On June 14, 2006  Colleen received an email from Jiimmy Roberts (now Jimmy Demonstranti).  He is currently stationed in Iraq with the United States Army but calls Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA his home when stateside.  Jimmy would love to hear from classmates!  If you would like to contact him please email Colleen (colleenamcgrath@hotmail.com) and she will share his email address with you.  Here is a portion of his note: I’ve been in the military for 13 years now. 8 years in the Air Force (crew chief) and the rest in the Army. I finished up my bachelor’s degree in 2002 and have been a helicopter and airplane pilot in the Army now for 4 years. I was in Afghanistan last year and had to come to Iraq on May 1st. I married my wife Kristi in 1999 (we met at Fort Bragg) and we now have two children, Olivia (3 yrs) and Steven (10 months).

* Jason Puccio and his wife Darlene have been living in Charlotte, NC for 10 years now and have a couple of dogs.  He's working at Lending Tree as an Account Manager and he and his wife just built a new house!  Jason is still playing the drums and you can check out the band he is with (well known in the Charlotte area) called Parallel.  Visit:  www.parallelband.com

* Jim Barrett and his wife Shannon are very busy!  Not only are the expecting their first child, a boy in June 2006,  but they are looking at selling a house, buying a house, moving and bringing home a baby all within a few weeks of one another.

* Tanya Rondeau married Carlos Maramag on March 4, 2006 in Belize.

* Peter Velyvis and his family will be relocating from the NJ area back to Massachusetts during the summer of 2006 because he has just accepted a new job in Wellesley.  Peter is a dentist.

* Julie Green and her husband Bill are living in the DC area and Julie is doing fundraising for an inner-city school.

* Becky (Colby) Lymberis and her husband Paul just had twins at the end of December -- two girls, Joanna and Sophie (Joey and Sophie for short). They are now living in Washington state.

* Beth (Whitney) Reynolds recently relocated back to the Berkshires and is now living with her husband and two children in Williamstown.

* Keith Abuisi and his wife Stacy are expecting their 2nd child in 2006. 

* Jason Howland has recently relocated back to North Adams and works at NARH as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  He's happy to happy to be back home with his wife Jen and their three children, Maya (age 7), Jacy (age 4) and Nicholas (age 1). ages as of Feb 06

* Brandi Belleau recently moved to Colorado, just outside of Denver.  She also just had her third child, a girl, in October 2005.

* Traci Grande is engaged to Paul LaVigne Jr. The wedding is planned for July 8, 2006 in St. Anthony of Padua Church.

* Tanya Rondeau has relocated from the Boston area to Williamstown and will marry Carlos Maramag on March 4, 2006 in Belize.

* Jim Delisle and his wife Kim welcomed their first child, a girl, Sarah Olivia on October 26, 2005.

* Jim Barrett was married to wife Shannon on September 17, 2005 in North Adams.

* Karen Piaggi and Edward Gyurasz II of 6 Rock St. were married August 13, 2005 in North Adams.

* David Lamb married Griffin Rankin in Asheboro, NC on August 6, 2005.  Classmates in attendance included: Rob Wilson (best man), Jimmy Delisle, Dean Bullett, Peter Velyvis, Jeff Baran, Colleen McGrath and Nancy Doran.  Check the Class Photos page to see a group photo!

* Melissa Moon welcomed her first child, a daughter, Mia Marie, on August 1, 2005.

* Jeff Baran and his wife Tracy welcomed their second son, Christopher on June 24, 2005.  He joins older brother Jonathan, who is now 2.

* Becky (Collins) Polumbo and her husband Gary welcomed her third child, a daughter, Sarah Jane on May 17, 2005.  She is baby sister to Emma and Josh.

* Keith Abuisi and his wife Stacy (Ciampa - Kristy's sister) welcomed their first child, a son, Nicholas Vito, March 15, 2005. 

* Jim Delisle and his wife Kim recently announced they are expecting!  Baby Delisle is due November 12, 2005.

* Peter Velyvis and his wife Christine welcomed their second son, Jacob, on Feb. 8, 2005.  He joins older brother Charlie, born in Nov 02.

* News just in for the end of 2004 (updated 12/22/04): 

- David Lamb recently popped the question to his girlfriend Griffin and will be married in North Carolina in August 2005. 

- Jim Barrett recently became engaged and is planning a 2005 wedding.

- Amy (Beer) and Steve Lewitt welcomed their second son, Ashton, a few months ago. 

- Jeff Baran and his wife Tracy are expecting their second child mid-2005. 
 
- Becky (Collins) Polumbo and her husband Gary are expecting their third child in May 05.
 
 
* Jason Howland and his wife Jen welcomed their 3rd child on Sept.10, 2004 -- a boy named Nicholas Benjamin.
 
* Dawn LaCasse is living in North Adams, working as an ophthalmic tech. She is expecting her first child, Bryce, in June 2004.
 
* Peter Velyvis graduates from Columbia Dental School (NYC) in May 2004.
 
* Jeff Baran and his wife Tracy recently bought a new home in North Providence, RI. (May 2004)

* Melanie Peck posted the following message on the class of 91 iBerkshires message board: Hi how is the class of 91 doing? I am living in Adams with Jason Richard from Williamstown and have three great children. I love being back in the Berkshires, I lived in New York for about 7 years. It's always good to come home! I work in electronics here in Adams. Otherwise I'm doing the soccer mom thing and loving it!!!
 
* Liz Dean married Andrew B. Fox on August 23, 2003.
 
* Becky (Collins) Polumbo and her husband Gary welcomed their first son, Joshua Alexander on August 6, 2003 in North Adams. Joshua is little brother to Emma born in May of 2000.
 
* Jeff Baran and his wife Tracy welcomed their first son, Jonathan Jerome on July 31, 2003 in Providence, RI. 
 
* Angelica Diaz welcomed her first son, Natal Antonio Paredes on August 12, 2002. He weighed in at 7 lbs, 3 oz and was 21 inches long.
 
* In February of 2003 Daniel Trudeau became a state trooper for the state of Vermont. Danny is based out of the Brattleboro barracks. (Danny previously worked as a sergeant with the Wilmington, VT Police Department.)
 
* Amy (Beer) and Steve Lewitt welcomed their first son, Gabriel, on New Year's Day, 1/1/03. Gabrielle weighed 9 lbs 2 oz and was 21 ½ inches. Gabriel was the first baby of the year in North Adams and the 2nd 100% DHS Class of 1991 baby! 
 
* Viula Tremblay and her boyfriend Ray got engaged December 14. They'll be married in Texas on June 12, 2004. 
 
* Peter Velyvis and his wife Christine welcomed their first son, Charles "Charlie" Peter Velyvis on 11/11/02 at 10:00PM. Charlie weighed in at 8lbs. 9 oz.
 
* Jim Delisle married Kim Osenkowski November 9, 2002 in Rhode Island.
 
* Julie Green married William Murray in the fall of 2002.
 
* Maggie Sullivan married Aaron Roberts on August 3, 2002.
 
* Robin Levesque married Dan Sherman (DHS 1990) July 20, 2002.
 
* Keith Abuisi proposed to Stacey Ciampa (DHS 1995) in June 2002. An October 2003 wedding is in the works.
 
* At the second annual DHS Alumni Baseball Game on Saturday, May 11, 2002 the Even Years Team prevailed.  That ties up the series - as last year the Odd Years, and our guys, won the game.
Representing the class of 1991 for the second year in a row were: Steve Lewitt, Dan Trudeau and Rob Wilson.

* Chris Caproni and wife Pamela welcomed their first child, Abby Kate, in March, 2002

* Dan Trudeau and wife Angie welcomed their second child, Brianne, in Jan. 2002. They also have a son, Jack.
 
* Jenn Conroy and Matt Davies welcomed their first child, Cooper Conroy Davis, in Jan. 2002, making him the first 100% DHS Class of 91' child.
